Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toorulu web service (the "Service")provided by Polaris View ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

• Use the Service in accordance with its intended functionality
• Access and use all features available in your subscription tier
• Export your data as permitted by the Service's features

Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Service to third parties
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Free

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods

Free Trial

If applicable, free trials are subject to the same terms as paid subscriptions. You will be charged the full subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.

User Responsibilities

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You must not share your account or device with unauthorized users
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Content and Data

• You are responsible for the content you input into the Service
• You must ensure you have the right to use any content you provide
• You must not use the Service to process illegal or unauthorized content

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future charges but will not affect your current subscription period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the Service or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
